This property is exactly as presented. Cozy, Clean, and Cheerful. The interior is updated with all modern appliances and with a pleasingly decor. Andrew was very responsive to any and all communication from the start. He didn't take more than a hour to respond to any questions. The only small issue is that if you are not used to a gated community, the wait to reenter can take some time, but the whole area is very secure. My Family and Friends thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay and highly recommend this property. We would stay there again when visiting the Poconos. Great Experience !

Andrew was an absolutely fantastic host! The home was immaculate. We had a weekend getaway and everyone was able to sleep comfortably and the house had awesome amenities, we were able to use the smoker to make great barbecue, the fire pit was awesome to sit around. This was everything you want in a mountain getaway so close to everything fun. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Andrew!!

My friends and I had a great stay at Andrew's place. Andrew was very communicative and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Andrew responded quickly whenever we had any questions. If you are planning to visit in the winter, my only suggestion would be for you to bring some indoor slippers as the floors can be a bit cold. Otherwise, we all had a great stay at Andrew's home and highly suggest it to others.

Let me just say that if you ever wanted a lovely peaceful place to relax this is the area... and if you want a beautiful clean fully working house with a 5 star responsive host... This is the place to stay ! The house had everything you could need to be comfortable. Clean and ready to make a hassle free stay for anyone. Andrew was really awesome! This place was amazing! First of all, let's start with the communication: Andrew was very responsive to our questions and concerns! His place was fully complete with the essentials that you would need, such as a keurig machine, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sugar, condiments, pans , utensiles and etc There are tons of board games so you can spend some great quality time with your family and friends. There are neighboring homes, but it is still private enough to enjoy a quiet time with your loved ones. one of the things that I found super helpful was a link that provided instructions on how to get to his place and how to register (if you register 48 hours less than your check-in there is a fee of $75). His brochure was informative and listed restaurants and activities that you can enjoy in close proximity to the house! Andrew's place felt like home! We will be back again !

This was my first AirBnB stay and Andrew's attention to detail and responsiveness made it wonderful. I was admittedly nervous at inception however, Andrew's guidance had me feeling at home from the moment I checked in. I will definitely think of him when I am in the area again and would like to say one final thanks to Andrew for being an outstanding host. Andrew is a great host. He is responsive and caring of his guests. The house is cozy, clean, and family/child-friendly. Convenient and beautiful Poconos location close to supermarkets and restaurants. Would definitely come back and recommend for a relaxing getaway.

4 of us stayed at Andrew's house in Tobyhanna and we all had a great time. We brought food to cook, steaks for the grill, and Andrew provided the rest. Saw some beautiful wildlife and enjoyed the comfort indoors as well. I'd definitely stay again.

Andrew is great host and always checking to make sure you are satisfied, the house was very neat and beautiful environment. I will definitely come back when am within the area.
